How To Order

Type A:
Artwork Provided by Customer:

  1. Choose Product (product name, size, material & quantity)
  2. Email the details of the product and customer details to us to request a quotation. email: sales@envelopeprint.com.my
  3. When we received your request, we will prepare the product quotation and send it to you as soon as possible.
  4. If you confirm acceptance of the quotation, please sign & chop and email it back to us.
  5. Preparing the artwork and send to us (.ai file or .pdf file)
  6. After verified the design layout, please pay the total amount to our bank account.
  7. Email the bank in slip to us and we will start proceed your order.
  8. Process day will depend on which product and quantity you are order.
  9. After finish the printing, we will send you the product to your.

Type B:
Artwork Prepare by Us:

  1. Choose Product (product name, size, material & quantity)
  2. Email the details of the product and customer details to our email to request a quotation. email: sales@envelopeprint.com.my
  3. When we received your request, we will prepare the product quotation and send it to you as soon as possible.
  4. If you confirm acceptance of the quotation, please sign & chop and fax/email it back to us.
  5. Bank in total amount for designing fee and email the bank in slip to us. We will start preparing your artwork one payment proof received.
  6. After we complete the design, we will email the final artwork to you to get approval before we proceed for printing.
  7. After approval the artwork design, please pay the full amount for printing order to our bank account.
  8. Email the bank in slip to us and we will start to proceed your order.
  9. After finish the printing, we will send you the product to your.
